6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only.

Individual makers may dispatch orders separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Circumstances beyond our control

Risk passes to the customer once goods have been delivered.
 

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have statutory rights under UK consumer law.
 

Where applicable:

• Return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

• Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
   

If an item arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours.

• Include photographs.

• We will work with the seller to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Customers acknowledge that handmade products are individually crafted.

Small differences in colour, finish, texture, stitching, wood grain, ceramics, resin, fabric placement or other natural variations do not constitute faults.
